These terms apply to karodial.com and the website-development enquiries made through it. KARODIAL is operated by Avycore Tech Private Limited. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy.
1. About these terms
Use the website lawfully and in accordance with these terms. If you do not agree, do not create an account or request services through it. You must be at least 18 years old to enter a paid project agreement, and authorised to act for any business you represent.
These website terms explain our general service process. A separately agreed written proposal, statement of work or project agreement determines the commercial details of a particular project. An agreed project-specific term prevails where it conflicts with a general website term, subject to applicable law.
2. Website designs & live demos
The catalogue helps you explore starting points for a website. Live demos contain sample businesses, people, addresses, products, prices, transactions and other illustrative content. Those examples are not offers, real customer records, claims about KARODIAL's clients or a promise that every displayed feature is included in a project.
Demo forms, purchases and authentication screens are previews. Do not submit real personal, payment or confidential information into a sample template. Use KARODIAL's own Contact or project-enquiry form to discuss your requirements.
Selecting a design or sending an enquiry does not place an order, reserve a delivery date or create a paid development contract. We first need to confirm the scope and an agreed quotation. The catalogue does not provide a licence to download, resell or redistribute the original template library or standalone template archives.
3. Project agreements, fees & delivery
Before paid work begins, the written project agreement should identify the deliverables, included features, price, applicable taxes, payment milestones, estimated schedule, revision scope, acceptance process and handover arrangements. Hosting, domain registration, paid plugins, third-party subscriptions and ongoing maintenance are included only when the agreement says so.
Delivery estimates depend on timely content, access, feedback and approvals. Changes in scope, additional revisions or delays in required materials may affect cost and timing; changes should be agreed in writing. A conversation with the chatbot alone does not confirm a price, deadline or binding project commitment.
Cancellation & refunds
Cancellation, refunds and any charges for work already performed are governed by your written project agreement and applicable law. These website terms do not impose a blanket no-refund policy. Ask us to clarify the commercial terms before paying. Merely viewing a demo or submitting an enquiry does not incur a development charge.
4. Accounts & your responsibilities
Provide accurate contact and account information, keep your sign-in secure and notify us of suspected unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity you authorise through your account and for having permission to share project materials.
For commissioned work, provide the information, lawful content, feedback and approvals described in the agreement. Review the final content, claims and functionality before approving publication. Your business remains responsible for its products, services, customer-facing statements and any legal notices or industry-specific requirements applying to its own website.
Do not send passwords, payment-card details or sensitive personal records through the public contact form or chatbot. Agree a suitable method with our team when project access or confidential material is needed.
5. Content, ownership & third-party licences
You retain the rights you already hold in materials you supply. By providing those materials for a project, you permit us to use them to assess and perform the work you request. You must hold the permissions needed for that use, including for logos, photographs, text, trademarks and personal information.
Ownership or usage rights in commissioned deliverables, payment conditions for handover, source-code access and any continuing licences must be stated in the project agreement. Third-party templates, libraries, fonts, images, plugins and services remain subject to their own licences and terms; customising a template does not transfer ownership of all underlying components.
KARODIAL branding, catalogue presentation and website content may not be used to impersonate us. Any permission to use a completed website does not automatically include a right to redistribute our entire design catalogue or an original third-party template as a standalone product.
6. AI assistance & external services
We use AI-assisted development and an embedded WeBot assistant. AI output can be incomplete or inaccurate and should be reviewed before it is used. Chatbot answers are general assistance, not professional legal, financial or other regulated advice, and are not a substitute for a confirmed written project agreement.
Authentication, hosting, fonts, city lookup, chatbot features and any agreed integrations rely on external services. Their availability, features, usage charges and terms can change. Any paid or ongoing third-party service for your project should be identified in the project agreement. Approximate city greetings may be inaccurate and do not establish your location or eligibility for a service.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use KARODIAL to carry out unlawful activity, infringe others' rights, distribute malware, submit fraudulent or abusive enquiries, attempt unauthorised account access, bypass access controls, interfere with the website, or harvest non-public information. Do not present sample template content as evidence of real KARODIAL customers, transactions or endorsements.
We may restrict access reasonably needed to address misuse, fraud, a security risk or a legal requirement. Any effect on an existing paid project is subject to its agreement and applicable law. Contact us if you believe access was restricted in error.
8. Availability, outcomes & responsibility
We aim to keep the website useful and available, but interruptions, errors or maintenance may occur. A design preview is not a warranty that a finished website will achieve a particular search ranking, revenue level, conversion rate or uninterrupted availability.
Any project-specific warranties, support commitments, service levels and liability allocation should be agreed in writing. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability, a statutory guarantee, a consumer right or another remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Tell us promptly about a service issue so it can be reviewed under the relevant agreement and applicable law.
9. Changes, applicable law & contact
We may update these website terms as the service changes. The date above identifies this version. Updates do not retrospectively change an existing written project agreement unless the parties agree or applicable law requires it.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to mandatory rights and protections that apply to you. Please contact us first to try to resolve a concern. If it remains unresolved, the courts or other competent forum determined under applicable law may consider it; these terms do not remove mandatory consumer or statutory remedies.
